Facilities Manager | Bradford Live | Full time


Bradford Live is a world class 3,000+ seated and 3,500+ standing capacity music, comedy, events and entertainment venue, together with event spaces, located in the heart of Bradford city centre.
We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager with proven track records to oversee both hard and soft building and maintenance related services with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
You will be responsible for leading Bradford Live’s Buildings and Maintenance functions, ensuring that thebuilding, facilities, and grounds are managed and maintained to the best possible presentation, safety,and compliancy standards and within agreed budgetary parameters.
This is a brand new highly rewarding role, would be best suited someone with a hands-on approach, a can-do attitude, a high level of self-initiative and excited to overcome challenges to make the post of your own. You will be working alongside other venue's department managers such as Events, Technical, Food & Beverage as well as Central Ops team and be reporting directly to the Venue Director.

DESIRABLE SKILLS / QUALIFICTIONS
• NEBOSH General Certificate
• Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing or Facilities Management qualification
• First Aid qualified.
• Previous theatre/entertainment sector working experience
• Delivering both hard and soft facilities services experience
• Managerial experience
• Budgetary experience
MUST HAVE:
• IOSH Managing Safely or IOSH Working Safely
• Fire Safety, Water Safety and H&S knowledge
• Manage and delivery of facilities related projects
