StaffSavvy Project Support - 6 Months Fixed Term

About the role

This role will support our current in-house StaffSavvy team with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the StaffSavvy system.

Working closely with our in-house StaffSavvy team to ensure the system runs smoothly across venues, helping to improve workforce planning, recruitment coordination and operational processes.

Working Pattern

2.5 days per week (2 days × 8 hours and 1 day × 4 hours)

Working hours between 08:00 – 18:00, Monday to Friday

Preferred working days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Primarily remote, with occasional travel to London, Woking and venues (expenses reimbursed)

This is a part-time 6-month fixed-term contract (2.5 days per week) with the possibility of extension.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys solving operational challenges. The preferred applicant will have

Operational StaffSavvy experience, including:

  • Using the platform in a workforce or scheduling environment
  • Operational experience using StaffSavvy, including the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues from an operational user perspective

OR

People / HR operational knowledge, including:

  • Experience supporting people processes, recruitment or workforce systems
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance, people management/processes

You will also:

Enjoy working in a collaborative, remote-first environment

Be comfortable working with data and systems

Have a strong eye for process improvement and operational efficiency

Be confident supporting teams through system or process changes

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the StaffSavvy system
  • Assist with recruitment to ensure a well-organised, compliant process and consistently delivered
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational or system issues, escalating where necessary
  • Maintain accurate workforce data, including data transfers, system updates and reporting
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify and improve processes that support efficient workforce management
