ABOUT THIS ROLE
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, responding to queries promptly and professionally, and escalating matters where appropriate.
- Promoting and selling our products and merchandise in line with business requirements.
- Undertaking effective stock rotation to ensure products are sold before their expiry dates, while minimising waste.
- Working collaboratively with the wider team to support the successful delivery of events and consistently uphold service standards and operating procedures. This may include scanning tickets, directing customers to their allocated seats, maintaining housekeeping standards, and assisting with the set-up and breakdown of event spaces.
- Maintaining a consistently high standard of personal presentation and appearance, ensuring the theatre’s image and reputation are upheld at all times.
- Liaising closely with the Venue Manager to support the smooth and efficient delivery of all hospitality-led events.
- Actively participating in TE training programmes and attending relevant training courses to support ongoing professional development and enhance skills and knowledge.
- Undertaking any other duties reasonably delegated by the Customer Experience Manager or Hospitality Manager that contribute to the achievement of the company’s business objectives.

- A commitment to delivering consistently high standards of customer service and ensuring every guest receives a warm, welcoming and memorable experience
YOUR EXPERIENCE
- In the customer service field
- Proven ability to adapt to the business needs and work calmly under pressure.
- Experience working in theatre or an entertainment venue.
- Have a basic knowledge in current health and safety, (training will be given in these areas)
