Opened in 1977, Churchill Theatre Bromley has established itself as one of the South East’s leading live entertainment venues, welcoming over 200,000 customers through its doors every year.
The casual Hospitality Assistant role is vital to the success of our business. The postholder plays a pivotal role in defining our Guest Customer Service to ensure our guests receive a high level of service.
As the postholder is responsible for:
* Deliver effective, attentive, and personalised customer service
* Provide an efficient drink service, taking orders and aware of allergens and dietary requirements
* Provide a warm welcome by greeting our guests
* Maintain a clean workplace
* Maintain Health and Safety, Food Safety and Fire Safety procedures at all times

As a Hospitality Assistant professional with significant experience in the theatre, music or live-entertainment space, you’ll be a self-motivated, engaging and dynamic leader.
Commercially savvy, enthusiastic and capable of influencing others (including senior members of the TE team and third-party producer clients) you’ll be energetic, proactive, results-focussed and creative in your approach.
You’ll be resilient, able to communicate clearly and excellent at forming working relationships with other.
